I passed most of September and a bit of October in Germany - played some gigs and met a lot of good folks along the way. Special thanks and greetings to Gaby, Robbie and Steffan in Berlin, Kerstin, Jenifer and Steffan in Dessau, Katja, Jan and Lotte in Sachsen- Anhalt, Martina Kreiner and her wonderful family in Pfalz - all of whom looked after me very well ... and I need quite a bit of looking after. I stayed four nights with a fine old lady, Frau Kretschmar, in the small village of Reichardswerben, not far from Leipzig. She has four red hens which - between them - managed to provide me with at least one egg for breakast each morning, while Katja's Gran/Oma kindly provided me with a fine lunch each day of my stay there.
