I just came in from a “House Session” … trad music and songs in the company of old and good friends and musicians, four hours or so - with a short break for a drop of tay … the way I first heard and got to love traditional music. I have no idea how many tunes we played or the names of half of them ,,, and it doesn’t matter in the slightest. Fiddles, banjos, accordion, whistles, bodhran – all very different instruments getting along very well with each other … a lot to be learned from Music …
